I signed up to the Tommee Tippee website when I found out we were expecting our first baby. With this, I was emailed a promotional code to receive 20% off my first purchased from the Tommee Tippee website. I therefore ordered a Perfect Prep Day & Night Machine with 3 free Filters at a price of £129.99 on the website and when I put the promotion code in at the checkout, it brought the price down to £103.99. However, when I proceeded to Checkout, it took the full amount of £129.99 from my card. I got in touch with the company once I had finished work and the lady on the end of the phone just kept saying sorry but she didn’t know what to do. I was then passed on to another lady who said they would need to investigate it so I had to send them screen shots of my transaction and my bank card statement to prove it had taken the full amount. She then said I wouldn’t hear until the following week so I said “can’t I just send it back if it is that much of a problem”. She then replied that they would charge me to send the item back which was lovely as it wasn’t even my fault that their systems had taken the incorrect amount. When she did eventually get in touch with me the following week, she said a refund of £26 would be processed as it was an error on their part, but it would take up to 14 working days to be processed. So I waited and waited and I was meant to have received the refund by 23.12.2020 but still nothing so I got in touch with them again to chase it. I understood that being close to Christmas, I wouldn’t hear anything until the following week. However, after Christmas, I was then asked to send all of my card transactions between 03.12.2020 and 29.12.2020 to prove that I hadn’t had the refund. I mean talk about trying to make you feel guilty! And guess what, still no refund has been received! I am absolutely furious and the service has been diabolical! I would never purchase any item from them again! And to top it off, when my partner and I have tried to register our product (since we received it at the beginning of December 2020), the website has been telling us that it is updating so you cannot register items either! God help me if ever I have a problem with the Prep Machine, the after care of Tommee Tippee is a complete nightmare!!! Be Warned!!!!!!!!!

Does not even deserve 1 star they said I only have to pay 32.94 and I have already done so and now I look on my banking app and it says I've paid quarterly and the next payment is on the 17 September what! I have been double crossed by this company I would advice no one to buy from this website because the discount that I applied is a load of lies as you can see they are going to take a second payment which is the original prize for the items I am appauled by this!

Received my order in a timely manner. I have not used my bottles but I’m certain they’re amazing quality! I would always recommend this brand to anyone ?

Excellent, we bought a Steppee for our grandson who loves them to sleep ? in, had no problems in finding one, very helpful and we also had it delivered to our Son and Daughter-in-law they were very happy too, as she always buys from Tommee Tippee. Very happy with products. Can’t find any faults and will buy from them again.

Not good. The website did not clearly show what tog sleeping bag I ordered so I had to look at the picture which showed 2.5Tog. I was sent 3.5 tog and had to return it. Tommee Tippee made me pay for return postage despite it being unclear on their website. Not a great experience. I won’t use them again.
